Limited Lifetime Warranty & Performance Guarantee for AirKote® Pipe Coatings

AirKote® provides to the Plumbing Contractor and their Customer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all internal pipe coatings installed under the work order/contract with the Plumbing Contractor for AirKote® pipe restoration work installed at their Customers home for as long as their Customer owns the home.

This warranty does not cover faults caused by structural pipe failure, misuse, negligence, or damage caused by acts of God. This is a non-transferable warranty and is the only warranty offered by AirKote® to the Plumbing Contractor and their Customer. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and is subject to the following:

1. AirKote® shall warrant only the internal epoxy coating installed as a part of the pipe restoration process for as long as the Plumbing Contractors Customer owns their home.
2. Should a leak in a coated pipe occur due to the failure of the internal pipe coating installed during the pipe restoration process the Plumbing Contractor and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, except as provided under the AirKote® Performance Guarantee, shall be a refund of the Contract Price to the Plumbing Contractor, or, at the sole discretion of AirKote®, additional pipe restoration services.
3. AirKote® must be notified in writing of any warranty claim within 48 hours and be allowed to inspect and test the restored pipe for leaks. Failure to timely notify AirKote® of a warranty claim or allow AirKote® to inspect the leaking coated pipe, will void this warranty and negate the obligations of AirKote® to perform under the Performance Guarantee.
4. Except for payments made under the AirKote® Performance Guarantee AirKote® shall not be liable for any ancillary damages including but not limited to; lost profits, incidental damages, indirect damages, water damages, or consequential damages resulting from any work performed or materials used, whether or not covered by this limited warranty.
5. Performance Guarantee: If a covered water leak occurs under this warranty, and causes water damage to the subject residence, AirKote® will pay up to a maximum of $1,000.00 dollars to cover the water damage repair costs, or, offset a Homeowners Insurance Policy deductible, for the Plumbing Contractors Customer. Proof of payment for water damage repairs must pe presented to AirKote® for verification and approval.
6. Any payments due to the Plumbing Contractor or Customer under this Lifetime Limited Warranty and Performance Guarantee shall be made within 30 days of verification and approval by AirKote®
7. It is expressly understood and agreed that AirKote ®shall in no way be deemed or held obligated, liable or accountable upon or under any other guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, beyond this expressed warranty.

This warranty as currently published here at www.airkote.com is the only warranty offered by Airkote and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
