We Simplify the Repair Process

  • You complete your leak detection and isolation just like you would for a pipe re-route.
  • AirKote provides a restoration treatment to the leaking pipe eliminating the need for a time consuming and invasive re-route.
  • You return to pressure test and reinstate the restored pipe.

We Solve Difficult Problems

When manifolds are inaccessible we may be able to solve the problem utilizing a multi-point lining process including the use of shower/tub valve inserts. We have fixed leaks without disruption to finish surfaces including back to back shower systems, roman tubs without access panels, and other situations where the manifolds are not accessible expect by opening tile or other special finishes.

We provide training and assistance

We can assist you with training for pipe isolation’s, and pipe reinstatement’s, as needed. We may also be able to dispatch a Tech to assist if you are overloaded or would like a second opinion on a leak detection.

The epoxy material we utilize has demonstrated excellent durability for our application.

We Don't Use Fast Cure Epoxy

We have chosen not to use a ‘fast cure’ material. We have utilized fast cure materials in the past and experienced failures over time. Chemists were consulted with regards to the failures and they explained that on ‘fast cure’ expoxies the molecules have not undergone sufficient cross linking to stop the water vapor from penetrating the coating when subject to water immersion within a few hours after application. Longer cure = stronger coating = Limited Lifetime Warranty
